I had a decent stay here. The room had great A/C and the TV reception was solid. The breakfast options were limited but fine for a quick bite.

The staff were very helpful, everything was really good. The bar served lots of meals for breakfast.

Good value.
This is not to directly to do with the hotel, but the clerk recommended Yobo Restaurant close by -- supposed to be an Asian restaurant. Please do not recommend this anymore, horrible food, way too expensive (for that quality) as well, an insult to all Asian food (and "insult" is a carefully chosen word).

reasonable pricing but needs better maintenance
The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was clean and provided a decent space for our family, especially for a location near West Point.
Price was on the low side compared to other places but still felt high for the overall experience.

Centrally located for where we needed to be
The carpets felt damp our room had a foul odor beds were lumpy and hard. No padding at all. Pillows were flat as boards. We could hear the people upstairs walking no personality broken desk drawer, the back was missing so everything fell on the floor when we closed the drawer not enough outlets in the room had to unplug lights to plug in computer

staff is a shining light in a tired hotel experience with a funky smell and surprises in the drawers
A challenging stay with a few friendly staff.

I enjoyed the weekend and would stay here again. The place was comfortable and friendly, with its outstandingly accommodating staff that was on shift. The location turned out to be magnificent, close to other restaurants and shops...

Proximity to location
I did not like that they had incorrect dates and had no record of my reserrvation. If I had not had the printed receipt from Bookings.com--I would of been out of luck. The confusion and wrong dates were a little concerning.

Other than the lady who was working at the front desk when I arrived and when I was checking out not much. She arranged transportation for me to and from the airport. I did arrive early and she went out of her way to get me into a room. I was on a tight schedule to get to a wedding. She was also very helpful in using the business center. twho ws extremly helpfukl not muchtha nt he lady working at the fri-iont sd=esk nothing
I did not know the motel was pet friendly which is not a big deal but the hotel defintely had a smell of pets. The breakfast buffet which was good for a complimentary breakfast motel had extemely thin paper plates on which one was supposed to prepare and cut waffles There are much stronger paper/styrofoam plates available. This seemed really cheap. I stayed there to attend a wedding and one of the other guests at the wedding also stayed at the motel and told me he had to go out and get Febreeze to address the pet smell of his room. Also the limited one outlet in the room had a 4 plug adapter in the outlet into which it would not really grip any plugs. I had to crawl under the desk to get at this outlet. With all of the electronic devices one uses more or better outlets should be provided. Many motels I have stayed at, the lamps have outlets in their base. The bed was a king bed and the mattress was hanging off the boxspring when I got in. also the mattress was extremely soft and quite sunken in the middle.

location and close to family
First room was dirty, missing bedding and smelling as if not changed. Refriderater not working, and when changed there was garbage and dirt behind. Given second room. Second room was not cleaned on second day and had to get fresh towels and coffee late when we came back to room. Room became increasingly humid and damp as stay progressed. All linens and clothes were damp. At checkout, I stated that I would not stay again even though I had stayed there many times before and staff seemed not to care.
